Williamson & Associates has drawn together a staff with diverse and varied backgrounds in construction. Team members possess decades of experience ranging from design and general contracting to material specialists and specialty contractors with a focus on waterproofing, wall systems and roofing.

Where remedial work is required to address building leakage or durability problems, Williamson & Associates provides services to locate and determine the causes of component failures. Capabilities in corrective work include documented investigative surveys, analysis of in-place designs and systems, recommendations for remedial designs and materials, detailing, specifications, bid and contract documents, and assistance in bidding, awarding, administering and inspecting the remedial contract.

Williamson & Associates offers its services on a professional fee basis by letter of agreement.
